Halloween in Hollywood, Part 1: Ghostbusters

It may not feel like October here in Virginia (sunny with highs in the upper 80s this past week and weekend!), but Halloween is just around the corner, so, during the month of October, I will be paying tribute, in the form of some quick covers, to some of the best spooky scores that feature the piano.

First up: Elmer Bernstein’s Main Title from Ghostbusters, the classic accompaniment to Drs. Venkman, Stantz, and Spengler as they bumble around the New York Public Library, oozing with slime samples and snippy one-liners.
